Financial Notes


Registration fees are paid by the semester only-  $20 for an individual student or $30 for any number of students (including mom) in a single family.

**Registration fees must be received by August 3rd to reserve your child(ren)'s class spaces.**

You may pay registration fees by sending a check made out to "Archway Classes" to Archway Classes c/o Allison Fulmer 4043 White Level Rd., Mebane, NC 27302 or use this PayPal option​ at the bottom of this page.


The PayPal option is only available for registration and monthly class payments (5% service charge added to monthly payments).  Full class payments will need to be paid by check or exact change on the first day of class, Sept 1st.

Our pricing structure is not based on individual classes, but on the total number of classes a family is signed up for, per semester.

90 Minute classes are $100 per semester

Prices are based on the number of spaces you are taking up in the class.  If your family has 2 children who are signed up for the same class, they are taking up 2 class spaces, so the tuition fee would be $110 (for 50 min classes). Some classes may have additional supply fees, to be paid directly to the instructor.  Please see class descriptions for details.   Supply fees should be given to the teachers on the first day of class.



Making Payments
Registration fees are due no later than August 3, 2017, to ensure your child's place in a class has been reserved.  Students whose registration fee has not been received by August 3rd will be removed from the class roster and their space may be given to a student on the wait list. Full payment for classes is due no later than September 1, 2017.  Mail a check for class fees to the address below or pay with check or exact change on the first day of class.

Monthly Installment Plans
Monthly installment plans are available (a convenience fee of 5% will be added for this service); please e-mail archwayclasses@gmail.com for information. You may not make monthly payments unless you have made arrangements with the Archway Board of Directors. Checks should be made payable to Archway Classes and mailed to: Archway Classes c/o Allison Fulmer 4043 White Level Rd., Mebane, NC 27302 (must be received before the first week of the month) or you a may use the PayPal link at the bottom of the page (the PayPal option is preferred).
You will receive an e-mail receipt in August to confirm your classes and payments. 

Failure to Pay
Full payment for classes is due no later than September 1, 2017. Your child will be removed from the class rolls and his spot may be given to someone on the waiting list if payment is not received by this date.

For those making monthly payments, the pro-rated amount is due on the first Friday of each month. A $15 late fee may be assessed for any payments received after these dates. If payment is not made by the second week of the month, your child will be removed from the class rolls and his/her spot may be given to a student on the wait list.

Financial Hardships
We understand that sometimes unexpected circumstances arise and you may have trouble making your scheduled payments.  If this occurs, please talk to the Administrative Director to work out a plan.

Refunds
Registration fees are non-refundableClass fees are paid by the semester and are not refundable after the first week of class. Archway Classes plans its financial obligations by the semester, and these obligations must be met even if you are unable to continue coming to class. If the minimum number of students does not enroll for a class and Archway must cancel it before the semester begins, you may either receive a full refund for the class fees (and registration fees, if your family is not registered for any other classes), or enroll in any other class, which has space available.   If a teacher must cancel a class once the semester has started, you may either request a refund for the remaining portion of semester fees or transfer to another class if space is available.
